Better known as Pee-Wee Herman, Paul Reubens created the Pee-Wee character in 1978, a man who wanted to be a comic, but was terrible at telling jokes. Quickly rising to fame, Reubens started giving interviews as Pee-wee Herman.
After being arrested in 1991, his show was pulled from Tv, and Pee-Wee hid from the public eye. Many artists who knew him spoke out on his behalf. He slowly returned to acting by taking small parts in films.
To celebrate this day we’ll be drinking Tequila. Why? It’ll help you out if you stumble into the private club of the Satan’s Helpers.
