Picture 013Well it’s time to change it up a little, as we try a different kind of meat for our burgers this month. We got some ground pork, so let’s see what we can make of it. I went in with an open mind, didn’t have an idea as to what kind of burger I wanted to make, all I knew was that I would be using pork. All I could think of us that Feta would be the only way to go today. Or it could be that I had a lot that I needed to get rid of.

First off, form the patties and place them on your griddle, or other cooking surface. Season them with salt and pepper. Next butter up those buns, and toast them. Once the edges brown and the blood is coming up off the top, it’s time to flip them over. Crumble up some Feta Cheese and spread it over your patties. Grab your bottom bun and add your toppings. We did mustard and pickles. Once your burgers are cooked and the cheese slowly starts to melt on top, assemble your burger, and have a bite.
